In October of 2008, Stian Weideman started Sportcon from the trunk/boot of his car. In those early days, he had one small black equipment bag that allowed him to train children and adults all around Johannesburg, South Africa at their houses and schools.

In 2009 Sportcon partnered with a Martial Arts Centre to open its first part-time training facility, but moved into a small full-time facility in Krugersdorp in 2011. Within 10 months the members exceeded the capacity of the facility and this time they moved into a state of the art strength & conditioning facility, still in Krugersdorp, South Africa.

Thousands of people have gone through the Sportcon Training System and as years have gone by, the system developed into something much more than just fitness. The new training system is known as The Sportcon Method and focuses on Total Transformation which not only leads to success but in fact guarantees Next Level Results for those who are committed enough to complete the challenge.

After 9 years of perfecting the Sportcon Method, it’s finally time to take things to the next level with the Sportcon Challenge…
