NOVA Family Martial Arts & Fitness Centre 4.04

NOVA first came into the world of MMA in 2008. It all started in a home garage with a few friends as the first students. Since then, NOVA has grown to where it is now, with an average of 100+ students. NOVA is the only registered Amateur MMA club in Kempton Park. NOVA is also a part of Rio Grappling South Africa and affiliated to SAAKA & MAASA and international WAKO.


NOVA offers a wide range of disciplines in the MIXED MARTIAL ARTS world:

- Kickboxing
- Ladies only Kickboxing
- Bully proofing
- Functional fitness
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
- Yoga
- Private lessons

Each year, a NOVA student team is chosen to compete in the Kickboxing Tournaments and a few have even made an appearance in Amateur MMA fights like Cage Wars South Africa and Fightstars.
