Lundi Ludidi who is responsible for the Personal Breakthrough and Business/Corporate Coaching sector has 30 years experience in banking, financial advice and SMME's development. Coupled with her experience is her formal education and training in Life Coaching, Business Coaching and Mentoring, Banking, Business Administration, Public and Motivational Speaking, Neurolinguistics and Financial Management.

Amandla Ludidi who is responsible for the fitness and wellness coaching sector has over 15 years experience in sporting activities and over 5 years in sports related occupation. Coupled with this is her formal education and training in Sports Management and Exercise Science (current).

Mvumeni Ludidi whose responsibility is Marketing and Public Relations posseses 32 years work experience in Sales, Marketing and Customer Relations. Together with his experience, his formal education and training in Marketing and Sales, Project Management, Enterprise Development, Training and Development, Merchandising and Advertising make him the perfect person to hold this responsibility.

The youngest member of the company, holds the title of Project Manager. Samphiwa has been involved in Sport Coaching, Community development, Marketing and Advertising, Radio Presenting, Project Management, and Residence and RAG Committees. He is also currently studying towards a Psychology degree, causing his involvement to be of part time.
