HIGH INTENSITY STRENGTH AND MOVEMENT BASE TRAINING
This isn’t your ordinary Gym. Jannie & Adri Brook’s Gym focuses on bodyweight exercises and a unique style of weight lifting. Our programs are based on constant variety, random, strength and functional movements, carried out at high intensity. This provides a very broad adaptation (stronger for longer, more endurance and more power) within the body and helps prepare an athletes or weekend Warrior for a greater number of activities. High Intensity Strength and Movement Base Training are productive, safe, and a time efficient approach. What we define as High Intensity Movement Base Training is: training to momentary muscular failure, with brief and infrequent workouts in which all variables are prescribed based on the individuals: goals, age, current fitness level, fibre types, personal preference, and past experience.
Personalized group attention allows us to facilitate the sessions and movement while each session, called by "NAME", provides a very time efficient and exciting workout regime. People push one another much further in training than they would on their own. People laugh, have fun and generally have a great time while they’re struggling through their last sets of full body attacks or Lunge Walks to the T(a 400m distance to cover). Sessions only last forty-five minutes, and everyone gets an incredible workout.
